This page explains how to delete your account and associated data created in the
Kuafor Osso mobile app (Android package name: com.ygsoftware.kuafor.osso).
Delete Your Account
The safest and fastest way to delete your account and associated data is to follow Profile → Delete My Account in the Kuafor Osso mobile app.
- Open the Kuafor Osso app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete My Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
This action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account is permanently closed.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you do not have access to the app, you may submit an account deletion request by emailing kuaforossobusiness@gmail.com together with your verified phone number. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Please include the following in your email:
- The phone number registered to your account
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Data Deleted and Retained
Deleted or anonymised data
- Name, email, phone number, birthday, and profile photo
- Firebase authentication account (you will not be able to sign in again)
- Push notification (FCM) tokens
- Appointment completion gallery photos
Data that may be retained
- Past appointment records (anonymised to preserve statistics)
- Debt and accounting records (for legal and financial obligations)
